Set up community charges and give residents a clear view of what they owe and why.

    Track outstanding balances

See collection progress and unpaid bills without reconciling several spreadsheets by hand.

Residents can attach proof of payment for bank transfers, while administrators review it before confirming the bill as paid.

    Maintain a clear audit trail

Keep payment status, reconciliation activity and receipts connected to the relevant resident and bill.

    How it works

A clear workflow from setup to daily use.

    1. 01

      Create the bill

Define the charge and make it available to the residents who need to pay it.

    2. 02

      Receive or review payment

Online payments are recorded, while submitted transfer proofs follow an administrator review flow.

    3. 03

      Confirm and record

Once a payment is confirmed, the bill status and resident payment record stay aligned.

    Common questions

What communities ask before getting started.

Does Clusta hold the community’s money?

No. Payments go to the community’s own account. Clusta records the payment, supports reconciliation and provides the resulting payment record.

Can residents submit proof for bank transfers?

Yes. A resident can upload proof of payment for administrator review. If an update is needed, the resident can return to the payment-proof flow and submit the requested proof.

    Can administrators see unpaid bills?

Yes. The dashboard provides collection and outstanding-balance information, and residents can see the bills awaiting payment in their app.
